As a 30 something graduate from Oklahoma State University, I find myself traveling all the time. In fact, I travel about 60 miles a day just to go to work. My marketing degree at OSU has helped me examine why people handle business in a particular way. I always find myself critiquing the service I receive. This blog is an opportunity for me to share these observations.
